Nic Nell (AKA Casually Here) is a classically trained artist, producer, composer, sound designer and mix and mastering engineer, with a background in art and mathematics.
Nic founded and runs experimental label Algebra Records with a focus on supporting emerging artists practically, technically and collegiately.
Nic’s music, mixes, masters and productions have been streamed over 35 million times and released on labels such as Play It Again Sam, Universal, XL Recordings, K7!, Fiction, Hotflush Recordings, Wolf Tone & Bella Union with extensive support across BBC Radio. As a composer and sound designer he has collaborated on projects for Channel 4, VICE, BBC, Mercedes etc.
Nic works out of a balanced hybrid studio in Camberwell, South London and is available for a range of sound, music and engineering projects. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss a project however big or small.
